Strong Women is a strength training class that meets twice a week for 12 weeks (and can meet more). This is a community-based program from Dr. Miriam Nelson's book series on Strong Women (Strong Women Stay Young, Strong Women Strong Bones, etc.). The reason we do the 12 weeks? For evaluation and data gathering! We like to show impact (before & after). Most groups continue meeting after that also. You can check out the website at www.strongwomen.com.
